We started shooting weddings back in 2012. Since then we’ve traveled the world, met and worked with amazing people.
With a style influenced by cinema and fashion, our goal is to create special and intimate film & photography pieces that capture the essence of the amazing couples that, year after year, trust us.

VANESSA DA SILVA
Vanessa was born in Caracas, Venezuela, where she spent some of her childhood. That’s why she’s the exotic half of Vanessa & Ivo.
Later, already in Portugal, she pursued her studies in Communication, and worked for some time in a Theater production company – that also makes her the dramatic half of Vanessa & Ivo. Who would’ve thought she would become a wedding photographer?
Vanessa loves the beach, eating Ivo’s food, spending time laying on the couch while watching Hallmark Christmas movies, and occasionally feels like a Disney princess when she’s surrounded by her dog Kira, her cat Rorschach and her other cat Baunilha.
Born and raised in Guimarães, Portugal, where he now lives with Vanessa since 2015, Ivo is definitely the tech oriented half of the team, always looking for new gadgets to add to the ever growing arsenal of a wedding videographer.
Has a Film degree in Editing and Sound Design and a masters in Directing, and worked in a couple of agencies and production companies before discovering wedding films in 2012.
Loves sci-fi, video games, music, food (both making and eating it…) and lots of other random stuff. Unfortunately for Vanessa, Ivo is kind-of a morning person and can be very optimistic.
